Is it Tuesday? I swear I have completely lost track of time and the days. Thankfully I have a kitty alarm clock. Godiva used to wake me up at 6:30 every morning to make sure I woke up in time to go to work. She continued it for about a week after my last day until we had a conversation about it. Last night I mentioned that I wanted to be up by 8am. She misunderstood and woke me up at 7:30am. She then proceeded to make sure that I was up and stayed up. I just don't get it.
Anywho, on to the card. I made this for The Pink Elephant Challenge this week. The theme was to make a card using red, yellow, black and white. It was inspired by the song "Jesus loves the Little Children" Last night I must have been a little confused because I added some brown children too.
I used some yummy paper from Bo Bunny (I believe) which coincidentally had all of the colors of children. Grin!! The stamp is from the Unity KOTM for August. I've been a little lax using my Unity Stamps so I'm pretty excited to ink this one up. I added some Prima flowers and some buttons from my stash.
Well, I have to spend a little time in the craft room tonight.
Enjoy!

ha ha ha - I have 4 kitty alarm clocks that like their wet food EARLY in the morning- it is great on workdays for preventing too many snooze hits but it bites on the weekends when I'd like to laze in bed all morning!
Your card is really cute! I love that chickie and the paper is adorable!
Love your card - I have seen that paper in a magazine and just love it!
Lovely card!! Thanks for playing along with us at TPE this week!!
